Its winter outside, with opened eyes and the first rays of the sun,
shining on our peaceful streets and the only thing i want,
is going out there to the streets and attract men by my side,
and ask them: "have you ever enjoyed those colors of that light?"
its spring today, the snow is gone and the smell of hope arises,
currently everything feels honest, in a world full of fucking lies.
There is no war, there is no loss, not any fear for me,
but It doesn't bear contemplating, what others have to see.
Summer comes, i should feel right, but with that raising, heavy heat.
I'm sweating drops of discontent through my clumsly intact meat.
Day by day, my thoughts get more intensive and my mind,
tells me „go a right way boy, dont be one of that kind „.
rain drops down, the sky full clouds and autumn shows his face,
and with those colored trees are even those some wonderful days.
But as i look around and see all the people with dead eyes,
i understand and realize that their hearts already died
Their hearts already died, no spark of solidarity.
Their minds already died, no spark of awareness.
have they ever enjoyed those colors of that light?

and it doesn't seem to get any brighter
only downs no ups,
depression strikes so damn hard
you try to stand up straight
but life bends you once again
trapped in this undertow
that pulls you down
you clutch at straws of fading hope
but they're about to tear apart
the suffering has robbed your motivation of life
the unbearable pressure to fulfill your social tasks
knocked you to your knees and holds you down
and now you're standing in the shards
of your shattered hopes and broken dreams
you try not to hope for better days,
cause you don't wanna endure the disappointments
that might come at the end
some say hope destructs you on the inside,
some say hope helps you to survive
so it's up to each and everyone of us
to choose hope to be our power to move on
or to be the illusion that might tear us apart
hope can be our biggest urge
as well as our biggest agony
hope is as both our biggest bless
and our biggest curse
